We look before we build
Before anything gets configured we map how enquiries arrive, who picks them up, where they stall and what management never gets to see. The configuration comes out of that, not out of a template.
We are a Vtiger implementation and reseller partner. We work out which licences you actually need, shape the CRM around the way your teams already work, move your data across, and stay around after go-live — which is usually when the real questions start.
Vtiger runs the customer side of businesses like these
§ 01 What we actually do
Plenty of companies will sell you Vtiger seats. Far fewer will sit with your sales lead for an afternoon and find out why half the enquiries never get a second call. We do both, and the second one is the part that decides whether this works.
Before anything gets configured we map how enquiries arrive, who picks them up, where they stall and what management never gets to see. The configuration comes out of that, not out of a template.
Not everyone needs full access to all five apps. Mixing Standard and Single App seats where it makes sense is usually the difference between a CRM budget that works and one that gets questioned at renewal.
Processes change, people join, someone wants a new report. A CRM that nobody maintains quietly turns back into a very expensive address book. We keep yours moving.
§ 02 One platform, three teams
Web forms, campaigns, landing pages and social, all writing into the same customer record. When a lead reaches sales, the history comes with it.
Pipelines you can see at a glance, playbooks for each stage, quotes in two clicks, and a nudge when a deal has gone quiet for too long.
Cases, SLAs, a customer portal and a knowledge base — with the full commercial history of that customer sitting next to the ticket.
§ 03 What it looks like day to day
Deals sit in stages you can drag between. Filter by owner, amount, team or timeframe. Nobody has to build a spreadsheet on Friday afternoon to answer "where are we".
Assignment rules send each enquiry to whoever should handle it, by product, region or workload. No shared inbox, no "I thought you had that one".
One View pulls the organisation, the open deals, the past invoices and the support cases into a single record. Whoever picks up the phone already knows the story.
Dashboards read live pipeline rather than last month's export. Calculus AI reads the conversations too — engagement, sentiment, winning chance, best time to call.
§ 04 Off the desk
Field engineers, reps between meetings, a founder in an airport. The Vtiger apps for iOS and Android are built for the way that actually goes: check the record before you walk in, log the call before you forget it, scan the card instead of typing it.
§ 05 Not just our opinion
Vtiger has been named in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for Sales Force Automation seven times in a row, and is rated by Frost & Sullivan, Info-Tech Research Group, G2, Capterra, SourceForge, Software Advice, SoftwareSuggest and TrustRadius.
§ 06 Before you talk to anyone
Our advisor asks a handful of questions about how your team is shaped and works out which Vtiger edition and seat mix fits — with the actual euros, not a "contact us for pricing". It takes about two minutes and nobody calls you afterwards unless you ask.
